Nicolas Polo Sanchez
Nicolas Polo is a sports photojournalist and darkroom printer based in the Washington, DC area. Born in Bolivia and raised in the US, his upbringing as an immigrant influences many themes found in his photography. Although his portfolio spans across different subject matter and various sports, football is where his heart lies - whether in major stadiums or hidden neighborhoods. He documents the pursuit of showcasing the beauty found on and off the field while romanticizing the different subcultures football fosters. Nick has had the opportunity to support brands and organizations such as DC United, Washington Spirit, Inter Miami, and Clubeleven while pursuing several personal projects. Nicolas is currently the Director of Strategy + Growth at Football Case Study.
