FC Bayern commissioned Nick Polo Sanchez and Matthew David Stith to document the FC Bayern World Squad's movements as they toured the United States in the summer of 2024. The FC Bayern World Squad is a select team of U19 players from around the world who come together during the summer to experience life as professional footballers on tour. A documentary team accompanied them as they chased their dreams of becoming professional players.

During the three-week embedded commission, the team documented the squad at The Soccer Tournament (TST) in Cary, North Carolina; traveled with them for friendlies in Miami and Washington, D.C.; and concluded with a cultural learning experience in New York City.
