Andrea Vilchez was born in Somoto, Nicaragua, where she discovered her passion for the game of football at an early age. In 2020, she merged photography and soccer and has since remained committed to documenting all aspects of the game. From the players' action to the silence before the doors open, she intends to showcase the sport's impactful connection on the people submerged in its culture and their stories through photography. Based out of Orlando, Florida, Andrea has collaborated with a number of organizations and brands such as U.S. Soccer, NWSL, and CONCACAF.
